    We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:

    We may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service, including providers that support:

    - authentication and account infrastructure;
    - cloud database, storage, and backend functions;
    - subscription management;
    - mobile advertising;
    - support and email delivery;
    - app-store purchase processing and subscription management.

    B. Community Display

    If you publish a community cocktail, certain information may be visible to other users, including:

    - your recipe title and content;
    - your recipe photo;
    - your username or creator name;
    - recipe metadata such as ingredients, steps, and category fields.

    C. Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

    We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

    - comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
    - investigate or respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
    - enforce our terms, policies, or moderation decisions;
    - protect the rights, property, or safety of SipNStir, our users, or others.

    D. Business Transfer

    If SipNStir is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

    7. Advertising, Consent, and Regional Privacy Requirements

    If ads are enabled in your version of the app, ad providers may process information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where allowed, personalization.

    In some regions, including the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, additional disclosures and consent may be required before certain advertising-related processing occurs. Where required, we may rely on consent tools, limited ads, non-personalized ads, or other privacy controls.

    If platform-level permissions or settings affect advertising identifiers or tracking, ad behavior may vary depending on those settings and the capabilities of the device or region.

    8. Password Reset and Account Emails

    SipNStir may use Firebase Authentication or related providers to send account-related emails, including password reset emails and sign-in related notices. Those emails may be delivered through third-party infrastructure controlled by the authentication provider.

    9. Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain safety and moderation records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

    Retention may vary depending on the type of information:

    - active account data is generally retained while your account remains active;
    - support and moderation records may be retained as needed for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling;
    - technical logs may be retained for operational, debugging, and security purposes;
    - published community content may remain visible after account deletion, as described below.

    10. Account Deletion and Post-Deletion Handling

    The app offers in-app account deletion. When you delete your account, we generally remove:

    - your account record;
    - username mapping used for login lookup;
    - favorites;
    - report records submitted from your account that are removed as part of the current deletion flow;
    - your avatar and associated avatar storage file.

    At this time, published community cocktails and certain custom ingredients may remain in the Service after account deletion unless separately removed, moderated, or deleted from the Service. This is part of the current app design and backend behavior. Community content may also retain creator-linked identifiers or records as necessary to operate, moderate, secure, or audit the Service.

    11. Your Choices

    Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have choices or rights relating to your information, including the ability to:

    - access or update certain account information in the app;
    - change your profile image;
    - manage favorites, My Bar items, and community recipe content;
    - delete your account;
    - block users;
    - manage app permissions through your device settings;
    - manage subscriptions through Apple, Google, or the applicable subscription provider;
    - exercise privacy rights available under applicable law by contacting us.

    12. Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for using a strong password.

    13. International Processing

    Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

    14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, revise the in-app policy, or provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated version.
